This option does exactly what it says on the tin; it is designed to help you be the best you can be. It is perfect for anyone working towards a goal, race or event who wants a little more support and tailored training advice. Our no fuss package is aimed at helping you prepare for an event, challenge or your ongoing racing season.

We understand some training programs can be incredibly hard to follow and we want to take that stress away for you and make it as simple and adaptable as possible to follow.  If you have a lifestyle that means regular training sessions are difficult to fit in - don't worry we will be here for you to provide encouragement and a helping hand to fit your training around your lifestyle. 

With our online coaching via the Training Peaks platform, we’ll be in contact regularly with weekly feedback & monthly reviews of how your training is going. You’ll tell us how your sessions have gone and we will adjust your training accordingly at least every week. So if something unexpected crops up and you miss a session, we can adapt your plan. We will make weekly revisions to your plan and you can make contact with your coach via phone, WhatsApp, email or your Training Peaks Premium account every week.

HOW IT WORKS? . . .

We’ll have an initial chat over the phone or via email where you’ll tell us your goals and we'll find out about your riding and training history. This will give us a good idea of you as a rider, how you like to train, and how often. Its totally up to you whether you want to chat with Nikki or Matt or if you want input from both of us. We have a lot of experience combined between the two of us and we want to try our best to share it with you. Every week we will review your training plan and give feedback when necessary. You will always have at least 1-2 weeks training pre-planned including your long-term goals and structured phase plan. We will adapt your plan as the weeks progress will of course be on hand to answer any questions you have, or if you encounter any problems. We will always try to answer any questions within 24 hours.

7 SIMPLE STEPS

Choose from one of our available coaches;

Choose your plan - Flick through our packages below and choose what is right for you;

Pow-wow - We will assess where you're at and where you want to get to;

Create - We will set you up with a complimentary TrainingPeaks account and create your detailed plan;

Press on the pedals - Time to get to work, push on those pedals and have some fun;

Evaluation - We will evaluate your training, racing and riding at regular intervals and provide you with feedback;

Analysis - We will sift through your training files and history and monitor and communicate your progression with you.

For peace of mind all of our coaching subscriptions have no minimum term so if you're not entirely happy (we are confident you will be) you can cancel at any time with no fees or charges.
