 I’m a UK-based cycling coach and founder of Mudiiita Coaching, working with riders across road, track, cyclo-cross and mountain biking. Wherever you’re based and whatever your discipline, my aim is to support you in reaching your full potential through personalised coaching and mentoring.

I work with athletes across all levels and backgrounds, from riders new to structured training through to experienced competitors. My focus as a coach is to help each rider progress in a way that is sustainable, consistent and suited to their individual needs.

My coaching style is personal and supportive. I thrive on giving riders the structure, consistency and guidance needed to develop, while recognising that there is far more to coaching than just the science. Every rider is unique, with different goals, pressures and motivations, and my role as a coach is to support, encourage and motivate you throughout that process.

Having spent over 15 years as a professional cyclist across multiple disciplines, I draw on that experience to help riders navigate both the physical and mental challenges of the sport. Sharing the lessons I learned throughout my own career allows me to support others in building confidence, resilience and long-term enjoyment of cycling.
